Description: Aurora Veterinary Care is a brand new small animal veterinary hospital that opened its doors in Waunakee in May 2023. We are driven by the strong desire to bend the arc of veterinary medicine practice from large corporate consolidation back to private ownership. Our 4,200 sq ft hospital focuses on wellness, surgical, and urgent care services and has all that is needed to practice high quality medicine in a general practice setting: in house bloodwork, digital radiology (including dental), comprehensive anesthetic monitoring equipment, and ultrasound.

We value the knowledge and skills of our CVTs! Our CVTs will be responsible for client education, anesthesia, laboratory procedures, dentistry, patient care, patient triage, and more!

Aurora Veterinary Care’s veterinary technician assistants will be valued members of the team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist veterinarian’s & veterinary technicians with animal care, animal restraint, surgery, diagnostics, and more
• Client education
• Perform hospital cleaning duties to maintain highest standard of patient & client care
• Be a team player & flexible to help in other practice roles as needed

Overview: Our Client Care Coordinators are the core of our team. They are responsible for showing our clients and patients what the best of veterinary care looks and feels like.

Our Client Care Coordinators are responsible for helping ensure our clients and patients have the best veterinary experience. Specialities include greeting clients and pets, checking in appointments, answering phone calls, client education, computerized scheduling of appointments, assisting technicians and doctors, and so much more!
